  • Portale is a smart NFC-powered keychain that links to your digital profile. Tap it with a smartphone and it instantly opens a customised hub that shows who you are, what you do, and how people can connect with you.

  • No app is needed. Your Portale works straight out of the box. Simply tap the tag on a compatible smartphone and your digital profile opens automatically.

  • Nearly all modern smartphones support NFC.

    • iPhones: iPhone 7 and newer

    • Android: Almost all models from 2017 onwards

      If someone taps with a phone that does not support NFC, they can still scan your backup QR code.

  • The NFC tag will still activate, but your digital profile requires an internet connection to load. If the person has no signal, they will see an offline message and can retry once connected.

  • Once you purchase your Portale, you receive a short form where you submit your content, links, images, and branding. Your portal is then built for you, tested, and linked to your NFC tag before delivery.

  • Yes. Your portal can be updated anytime. You can request small edits or a full refresh depending on your package. Rebuilds or major updates fall under the optional add-ons.

  • Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days once we receive your content.

    Business and team packages may have different timelines depending on size and complexity.

  • Your digital portal stays safe. If you lose your physical tag, we can link your portal to a new tag. You only pay for the replacement tag.

  • Yes. Personal branding is included in the Pro package and can be added to Starter or Premium as an optional upgrade.

  • Yes. Portale is perfect for teams, events, agencies, and organisations. You can equip each team member with their own tag linked to their individual digital portal, all managed under a single system.

  • Yes. Business and enterprise pricing is available for team orders of 5 or more.

    For orders of 20 or more, custom onboarding and automations are available.

  • Yes. Your portal can include buttons, media, social links, booking links, documents, and more. Think of it as a mobile-friendly digital identity that grows with you.

  • Absolutely. Your data is hosted securely and only accessible through the link connected to your tag. No sensitive information is stored on the NFC chip itself.

  • Yes. The Pro and Team packages include a lead form so people can contact or book you straight from your portal.

  • Refunds are not offered for custom-printed tags or digital portals. If there is an issue with your tag or setup, we will happily fix or replace it.
